Bunjil breaks through - Owen Martin trained pacer Bunjil Boy ($5.30) has finally broken through for career victory number one, with an impressive win at Horsham on Monday.
After being one out, one back at the bell, Bunjil Boy, a four year-old Lake Hills Jeb gelding, loomed up three wide down the back straight before fighting on to hold out Chester Rama by a half head.
The win was Bunjil Boy's first from 19 starts and followed up back-to-back third placings at Charlton and Horsham.
Neil McCallum was the winning driver.

The six year-old will race in the George Vella & Ansis Dizgal Vis Handicap over 1710 metres.
